A TALE OF THREE WOMEN

Updated: Apr 15, 2020

My forthcoming novella title was birthed at Spalding while studying under Mary Clyde as "A Tale of Two Women." As I continued to arrange my stories into a series, I selected a strong first and last story, as I saw it. When my last semester mentor, Neela Vaswani, read all the stories, she suggested setting the two strong stories back to back, possibly as a novella.

And so it has come to pass: the novella is under contract with Excalibur Press, Mobile, AL. SQUEAL!!! (Control yourself, Kathleen. Pretend you're just taking this for granted. Settle. Settle. Don't start thinking those two novels in the drawer may yet have a chance. Be still, my heart.)
